Calculator formulas are versioned pure functions. Inputs are validated, material currency avoids unsafe floating-point arithmetic, totals disclose rounding, and every released estimate identifies its region, assumptions, source, and verification date. Stale or structurally changed pricing is held for review rather than silently published.
